  • MIND: Offer a wide range of information about mental health and personality disorders. You can access local groups which offer a range of support, from therapy to social groups.
  • Support Line: Offers support to children, young adults and adults who are most at risk of being isolated or are vulnerable to abuse from others.
  • Borderline Support: Offers advice and a support worker service for individuals who have a diagnosis of Borderline/ Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder.
  • Mentalhealth UK: Offers a range of information about mental health conditions, local services, and practical tips for living with mental health needs.
