
Mindfulness
I often complete mindfulness and relaxation with individuals during therapy. I have started to record some of these, so that they can be listened to outside of the sessions. Please see below a selection of these, which can be found on Soundcloud.

An exercise used to help focus in on difficult emotions, using the idea of light to help with these.
